An ailing country..

       

                                               If a foreigner asked me to tell something about my country... the first thought which would come to my mind (which i will deter from saying) is that of widespread scourge with the malady of scams,corruptions, Maoists problems, insurgency, terrorism, illiteracy,unemployment,lack of food and the recent doping menace.Now, the question is how can a country face so many problems at a time and what is the reason behind all these?
                       

                                   
                                                     The impressive thing is that we do have an answer to this and every single Indian knows it.All these are due to the lackadaisical behavior of the bureaucrats and the authorities on the top offices. Even if some of them do then also they go about their jobs unscrupulously and as the saying goes, "half effort does not produce half results but it produces no results at all" same is the case with their jobs.This is not all,even those who are suppose to look after the law and order problems of our society are involved in complicit activities themselves like money extortion,fake encounters and many other atrocities.Well, we cannot blame the people in power alone for the prevailing conditions but must also bring the civilians(aam admi) into considerations because all of them barring a few are turning nelson's eye to the plunders occurring and expect others to take the responsibilities.
                   
                  

A logical perception which i have is that if every single Indian of the 2 billion(approx.) population does something in their bailiwick towards the development of the society as a whole then India will lead all other developing nations including China in confronting the social problems.The politicians should be qualified enough regarding the post which they are going to undertake and thwart themselves from congenital venality which is flourishing in their assembly.The bigwigs and big money entrepreneurs should start undertaking humanitarian activities of funding for food,education and health like the ones done by Bill Gates to uplift the slums around their bungalows.Students can do their bit by volunteering for social activities like taking classes,spreading awareness of population and giving hygiene demonstrations.

                  Last but not the least everyone should be at least given basic amenities and the officer in-charge should not deceit the people.Every single human deserves freedom to express and to live so when they demand for their rights,it should not be made with draconian rules.The people in power,instead of filling their pockets,should distribute the resources equally without cronyism and everyone of us should work diligently with the byword of 'mera Bharat Mahan' attitude to live life king size.

Hibiscus revolution..

   

 'Promises are meant to be broken'.A very well defined axiom.The 2009 elections in  Malaysia saw the Umno party led by Najib Razak coming to power with a promise to bridge political,ethnic and religious divisions but the roughshod used by the government on 14th of July,2011 against the peaceful protesters demanding their rights at kuala Lampur  was like breaking every human right possible.There were first time protesters among them who wanted a change in the political establishment present which supports infinite rule of the majority Umno party.Rather then showing remorse,Najib Razak has exacerbated the prevailing draconian conditions.

   

  Its conspicuous that none of the countries are immune to the international zeitgeist and so is Malaysia.David Cameron should be aware of the discontentment among the people which may bring an upheaval in the state when Najib Razak comes touting for business in England.Though trade and commerce is valuable for development but human lives are much more valuable.The violent repression... flies in the face of the international human rights standards and should not be allowed to continue.David Cameron should tell Najib Razak to stop the violation of human rights which is utterly unacceptable.

  The protest is due to mooted early elections,upheavals in neighboring Thailand where the people have stood bravely against the military to selected their on choice of leader,established cronyism and draconian government.It is a high time that premier Najib Razak come on the right path of governance to make Malaysia the paradigm of South East Asia rather then fall to debris.

The Nation building...

Gandhi said,"A great nation is the one which accomplishes the wishes of the minority".Now coming to the invigorating state of Srilanka,there is a colossal conflict between the majority fear and minority aspirations which can only be settled by making a firm resolution by the government present now to build a nation of fairness,equality,justice,inclusiveness and contentment for all.according to the media report,the two minority groups which are grappling for sans discrimination are the moslems and the Indian Tamils.Though Sri lankan government is confronting lots of obstacles with the aftermath of the so called 'Fourth Eelem war', to keep the integrity of its people intact,it has to prioritize itself to fight the human violence existing in the country and also look at providing basic needs to its people.







Now, it is believed that the aspirations of the minority can be fulfilled only if the political system provides federalism in a unitary set up.The government should also seek aids from every single source possible and try to do synoptic investigation of the developing countries like India,South Africa etc.Sri lankan government should also know that a great nation can never be formed on simplistic thinking,denial,obfuscation and deceit.So, the trust of the people is a must.

Concluding my viewpoint i would like to tell that a new country needs lots on reckoning and research on nation building and also fulfilling the wishes of its people without any distortion in equality and justice.
